Mintura Art creates and sells hand-painted oil paintings on canvas. Many of our works are 3-panel or 5-panel abstract wall art sets designed for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and commercial spaces. Every piece is crafted by professional artists, not machines, making each painting unique.

Hand-Painted & Original – Every brushstroke is applied by real artists. No mass production, no cheap prints.

Premium Materials – We use high-quality oil paints and thick cotton-linen canvas for durability and rich color.

Large-Scale Options – Recommended sizes include 60×80cm × 3 panels, but multiple formats are available.

Customization – Need a special size or different colors? We offer customized orders so your art fits perfectly into your home.

When you purchase from us, you own the physical artwork. However, all intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, brand names, images, and logos) remain the property of Mintura Art. Commercial use of our artwork (such as reproductions or licensing) requires written permission.

We love seeing how our art looks in your home. By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback (“User Content”), you agree that we may feature them (non-exclusively) in our gallery, marketing materials, or social channels. We’ll always respect your privacy choices.

Prices are listed on our website in the currency shown at checkout.

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

For business customers, invoices can be provided upon request.

6.1 Shipping & Delivery

Paintings are shipped rolled in protective tubes unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times depend on product type (standard or custom) and destination.

6.2 Customs & Duties

Free shipping does not include customs duties or import taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any fees charged by their local customs authorities.

6.3 Damaged or Lost Orders

Please check your order upon arrival. If items are missing or damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

6.4 Returns

Standard pieces: Eligible for returns if undamaged and within the applicable cooling-off period.

Custom orders: Since they are made just for you, custom paintings are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or major quality issues.

We aim to show accurate colors and details, but note that screens, lighting, and hand-painting variations may cause slight differences. These natural variations are part of the artwork’s authenticity.

We may adjust our website, product availability, or policies from time to time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Our products and services are provided “as is.” While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in every case.

Mintura Art is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

For direct damages, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

If not resolved, you agree that disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as part of a class action.

Governing law is the law of our main business location, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Effective Date” at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of our Services means you accept the changes.
